- Caroline
- I am a mom to eight beautiful children. We have two grown daughters ages 24 & 26. Six children at home ages 5,8,10,12,16,19.Three girls and three boys! Our three youngest girls are adopted internationaly from Cambodia and China.

Water beetles or eel, hmmmmmm . . . choices, choices, choices, kinda makes a person want to look for a pizza!
Speaking of pizza we ordered Papa Johns during our stay at the Victory. It was great for a "room picnic" since we visited during rainy season. Teddi loved the Alfredo pasta (penne type pasta)!
Makes me miss China, but not some of the food choices, to include the chicken feet they sneak into many dishes!
